PREP CENTER & WAREHOUSE INTEGRATION TERMS

These terms apply when You use oneshipbox warehouse integration, prep center features, or related fulfillment tools provided by Jerseytech LLC.

1. Service Description

oneshipbox provides software to connect Your marketplace orders with warehouse and shipping workflows, including shipping cost calculation, label generation support, tracking, and invoice documentation.

Physical warehousing may be performed by Jerseytech-affiliated or third-party prep centers You select or that we integrate with. The specific fulfillment entity will be identified in Your service agreement or dashboard.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate product dimensions, weights, and shipping preferences;
  • Ensure products comply with marketplace and import/export regulations;
  • Be seller of record and handle customer service and returns;
  • Pay applicable prep, storage, and shipping fees as quoted;
  • Maintain adequate inventory records and authorize shipments timely.

3. Shipping Documentation

We may generate shipping invoices and tracking records for Your business operations. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before dispatch.

Packing slips and external packaging must identify You as the seller, not the prep center or supplier, per Amazon dropshipping requirements.

4. Liability

We are not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, lost packages, or supplier errors beyond our reasonable control.

Claims for damaged or lost inventory must be reported promptly according to the prep center's claim procedures.

5. Third-Party Prep Centers

When fulfillment is performed by a third-party prep center, their terms may also apply. oneshipbox acts as a software integration layer unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
