Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of Jerseytech LLC's oneshipbox Services. It is incorporated into our Terms of Use. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful e-commerce operations on marketplaces You are authorized to sell on, in compliance with all applicable marketplace policies.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Violating Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, or other marketplace terms and policies;
Dropshipping practices that violate Amazon's Dropshipping Policy (e.g., shipping with third-party identifiers, retail receipts, or packing materials that identify the supplier instead of You as seller of record);
Listing or selling counterfeit, restricted, or IP-infringing products;
Circumventing trademark, USPTO, or brand registry protections;
Scraping, automated abuse, credential sharing, or multi-account evasion;
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or bypassing security controls;
Using SP-API or marketplace data for unauthorized resale, competitive intelligence aggregation, or advertising unrelated to Your store;
Uploading malware, spam, or harmful code;
Harassing staff, other users, or marketplace customers;
Misrepresenting oneshipbox as Amazon or claiming official Amazon endorsement.

3. Amazon Dropshipping Requirements

When using oneshipbox for Amazon dropshipping, You must:

Be the seller of record and responsible for all sales and customer service;
Remove third-party identifiers from packing slips and external packaging;
Accept and process returns according to Amazon policy;
Ensure suppliers do not ship materials identifying them as the seller to buyers;
Maintain accurate listings and inventory representation.

4. Account Health

Account health tools are informational. oneshipbox does not guarantee protection from warnings, suspensions, or policy enforcement by Amazon or other marketplaces.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, request information, restrict features, suspend accounts, and cooperate with marketplace or law enforcement requests as permitted by law.

6. Amazon SP-API Solution Provider Rules

As a Solution Provider using Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), oneshipbox and its users must comply with Amazon's Solution Provider Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. Key requirements include:

6.1 Authorized Activities

Use SP-API only to perform acceptable Amazon activities on behalf of Authorized Users who have authorized oneshipbox through Login with Amazon (LWA);
Do not facilitate or promote violation of any agreement between Authorized Users and Amazon;
If You suspect misuse of oneshipbox to violate Amazon policies, notify us immediately at [email protected] — we will notify Amazon at [email protected] and may block access;
Comply with Amazon policies that pertain to specific APIs or functionality enabled in Your account.

6.2 Transparency and Application Quality

We are clear and honest with You about what Amazon data we access and for what purpose (see /legal/amazon-data-handling/);
Do not attempt to deceive Authorized Users through deliberate modification of Amazon Information;
Analytics, AI, or automated insights must be presented with transparency about calculations, model accuracy, and data freshness;
Respect per-Authorized User throttling quotas and minimize client-side API errors;
Do not falsely advertise oneshipbox capabilities or guarantee Amazon account outcomes.

6.3 Account and Credential Security

Never share Amazon access keys, passwords, or SP-API credentials;
Never request or accept an Authorized User's Amazon Portal username or password;
Never ask Authorized Users to manually share information from Amazon Portals to circumvent Amazon policies;
Authorize oneshipbox only through official third-party authorization (LWA/OAuth) — not by sharing portal credentials;
Do not apply for or maintain Amazon API access keys that will not be used;
If Amazon Portal access is needed, grant access through secondary user permissions in Seller Central.

6.4 Data Usage Restrictions

Use Amazon buyer PII only for merchant fulfilled shipping or to meet legal, tax, or regulatory requirements;
Do not target Amazon Customers for product marketing or review fabrication and modification;
Do not use, offer, or promote external data services that vend information retrieved from Amazon;
Do not aggregate Amazon data across sellers for competitive intelligence or resale;
Do not promote, publish, or share insights about Amazon's business;
Do not disclose Amazon Information to other users or outside parties except as needed for Your authorized activities;
We perform due diligence on parties with whom we share data and share only with parties meeting security standards at least as strict as our own;
We are transparent with You about what data we share, with whom, and for what purposes.

6.5 Organizational Changes

We maintain a policy to inform Amazon SP-API Solution Provider Support within thirty (30) days of organizational changes (mergers, acquisitions, ownership transfers, or material product/service changes) that affect our use of Amazon Information. See /legal/amazon-data-handling/.

7. API-Specific Compliance

Applicable Requirements

For each Amazon API feature You enable, You must comply with the applicable Program policies and API-specific terms, including:

Buyer-Seller Messaging: comply with Amazon Communication Guidelines for applicable marketplaces;
Messaging and Solicitations API: support Amazon-approved message templates where required;
Merchant Fulfillment API: comply with Merchant Fulfillment API Service Terms;
Orders, Inventory, Listings, and Reports APIs: use data only for Your authorized seller operations;
Analytics and reporting features: informational use only; do not republish Amazon business insights.

General Compliance

We comply with the terms and policies applicable to each Amazon API integrated into oneshipbox.
