You must be the seller of record on all listings. Your name must appear as the seller on packing slips, invoices, and external packaging.
oneshipbox helps automate operations but does not replace Your legal role as the Amazon seller.
Remove all third-party identifiers before shipment. Packing slips should show Your business as the seller.
If using prep centers integrated with oneshipbox, configure workflows to suppress supplier branding.
You must accept and process returns per Amazon policy within required timeframes.
Respond to buyer messages promptly. oneshipbox support assists with software issues but does not replace Your customer service obligations to Amazon buyers.
Monitor order defect rate, late shipment rate, and policy warnings in Seller Central.
oneshipbox account health features provide visibility but do not guarantee account standing. Policy violations can result in listing removal or account suspension regardless of software use.
Do not list brands or products that infringe trademarks or require authorization You do not have.
Use oneshipbox filtering tools responsibly — automated filters do not replace Your due diligence.
