The Terms of Use contain the terms under which Oneshipbox and its affiliates offer the Services to you and describe how to access and use the Services.

If you are going to use the Services on behalf of an institution, you accept these Terms on behalf of that institution and declare that you have the authority to do so. In this case, the words “you” and “your” refer to the institution in question.

These Conditions have been prepared and written in Turkish. In case of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the Turkish version prevails, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Fees and Payments

Fees for Services

You agree to pay Oneshipbox a fee for each Service you purchase or use, in accordance with the pricing and payment terms available to you for that Service. Where applicable, you will be billed using the billing method you choose from your account management page.

Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for any taxes or charges related to the sale of the Services (collectively, “Taxes”), including any related penalties and interest. Services will be paid to Oneshipbox without any Tax deductions. In case Oneshipbox has to collect or pay Tax; Taxes will be billed to you.

Price Changes

Oneshipbox may make changes to the fees charged for the Services; however, for Services billed as part of the subscription, this change must take effect at the end of the then-current billing period of your Subscription. Oneshipbox will provide reasonable prior written notice of any fee change to give you the opportunity to cancel your Subscription prior to the change becoming effective.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may exercise your right of unjust withdrawal within 14 days from the day your Subscription begins, provided that you have not used or started to use the Services before the 14-day period has expired. The customer must notify Oneshipbox in writing (email, letter, etc.) within the specified period. It is up to the consumer to prove that their notification was sent and received within deadline.

You are considered to have benefited from or started to use the Services if, starting from the moment of your paid upgrade, at least one survey has collected at least one new answer (meaning that you have shared your survey and collected new answers) or if you have used your newly acquired privileges to process or export your collected responses.

Any external costs that Oneshipbox had to bear during the initial payment (e.g. credit card fees) will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, the cost of reimbursement as well as a proportionate handling fee may be charged to the consumer.

Security

When using our Services, you may submit content such as your personal data, personal data of others, as well as many different types of content.

We understand that by using our Services, you are trusting us to treat your content appropriately. The protection and confidentiality of your data has always been very important to us. We have and will never sell your data to third parties.
